Every activity we undertake falls within one of three strategic pillars. We are not a think tank. We are not a nonprofit. We are a PAC — and we operate accordingly.
We identify, vet, fund, and campaign for candidates who advance Black political power at every level of government — from school boards to the U.S. Senate.
We protect voting rights against the latest generation of suppression — tracking, opposing, and building legal and political responses to anti-democratic legislation.
We track voting records, expose backsliding, and apply political pressure to elected officials who undermine democratic participation — regardless of party.
How we decide where to put the money.
Candidate Vetting
Every endorsement begins with a rigorous vetting process. We assess the candidate's district viability, their record on voting rights and Black political power, their organizational capacity, and their demonstrated accountability to the communities they seek to serve.
Race Selection
We target winnable races where our investment creates meaningful electoral leverage. We do not chase celebrity or prestige. We go where the marginal dollar of political investment produces the greatest shift in Black political representation.
Capital Deployment
Funds are deployed through a combination of direct campaign contributions (subject to FEC limits), independent expenditures for targeted communication, and operational support for voter registration and GOTV efforts. Every dollar is tracked and reported.
Post-Election Accountability
Endorsements do not end on Election Day. We maintain a legislative scorecard for every elected official we have backed. Failure to advance our core priorities has electoral consequences in the next cycle.
