1. About The Reconstruction PAC

The Reconstruction PAC is a federally registered political action committee. We are not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions to The Reconstruction PAC are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. We are registered with and subject to oversight by the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

2. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Impersonate The Reconstruction PAC or any of its representatives
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its systems

Contributions made through this Website are political contributions subject to federal election law. By making a contribution, you certify that:

  • You are making this contribution with your own personal funds, not those of another person
  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident alien
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • This contribution is not made from the treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, national bank, or foreign national
  • You are not a federal contractor
  • The contribution does not exceed the maximum individual limit of $5,000 per calendar year to this PAC

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute more than $200 in a calendar year.
